Dear EyeClick customers,

In order to update the license on the HASP authentication key you have in your possession, please follow the steps below:

Stage I – Sending your HASP license files to EyeClick for update:
1. Collect all your HASP authentication keys.
2. Insert the first HASP authentication key to a free USB slot on your PC.
3. Double click to open the EyeClick Admin.
4. Go to the License tab.

5. Press on “Request License Update”, the Request License Form” will open.

6. Fill- in your name, your email address and an optional message, and press “Send”.

7. The above image will be displayed as a result of a successful update request procedure.

Stage II – Applying the received update:

Upon receiving the V2C file from EyeClick, please follow the steps below:
1. Save the received V2C file from EyeClick at a location of your choice
2. Double click to open the EyeClick Admin (if not open already)
3. Go to the License tab

4. Press on the “Apply License Update”

5. The above window will open, asking you to navigate to the folder where the V2C file was saved (as chosen in stage 1 above), press open and choose the appropriate file
6. The update procedure is now complete; make sure that you have a license for all the relevant EyeClick engines and templates
7. Repeat this process with the rest of your HASP license keys in your possession
